This Privacy Policy explains how Grow360 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Grow360”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data when you use the Grow360 mobile application and the mygrow360.com website (together, the “Service”). We are a company registered in India, with offices at 4th Floor, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar 800001 and Tower B, Cyber Hub, Gurugram, Haryana 122002.
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. This Policy is written to be read alongside the Terms of Service, and forms part of the agreement between you and Grow360.
We collect the following categories of information, depending on which parts of the Service you use:
Your mobile phone number, which we use to send a one-time password (OTP) and authenticate you when you log in.
With your permission, we collect your device’s precise location to tag your farm or field on the map, tailor weather and advisory content to that location, and suggest the nearest Grow360 delivery centre.
Photos you take or upload for crop or animal disease diagnosis (“Crop Doctor”), and photos you optionally attach to a question you ask our experts.
Information you enter about your farm, such as crop type, farm size, sowing dates and yield history, used to personalise advisory and track your farm over time.
If you express interest in a crop loan, insurance, equipment finance or working capital through the Service, we collect your contact details and the details of your stated interest so that this information can be forwarded to a partner lender or insurer for a callback. Grow360 itself does not originate, underwrite or disburse credit or insurance of any kind — we act only as a referral intermediary between you and our partner institutions.
Voice messages you record when chatting with our support team, our experts, or in Farm Talk community discussions.
Items you order from the Grow360 shop, your delivery address, and your order history. Payments for orders are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card or bank account details.
Standard technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, crash logs, and how you interact with the app, collected through analytics tools to help us diagnose problems and improve the Service.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Grow360, our users, or the public.
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to you. Financial application data and marketplace order records are retained as required under applicable Indian tax and corporate record-keeping law. Where you withdraw consent or request erasure, we will delete or anonymise your personal data except where we are required or permitted by law to retain it, such as for order and financial records.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not directed at children and is intended for use by adults capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it.
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located in India or in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected with appropriate safeguards, consistent with applicable law.
In accordance with applicable Indian law, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address any questions, concerns or complaints regarding this Policy or your personal data.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you in-app, consistent with our versioned in-app consent system, so you can review and, where required, re-consent before continuing to use the Service. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
This Policy is currently available in English. Translations into other languages supported by the Grow360 app are planned; in case of any conflict between translated versions and this English version, the English version will govern.
