The terms and conditions governing your use of the Grow360 app and website. Last updated: 25 July 2026.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Grow360 mobile application and the mygrow360.com website (together, the “Service”), operated by Grow360 Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“Grow360”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a company with offices at 4th Floor, Exhibition Road, Patna, Bihar 800001 and Tower B, Cyber Hub, Gurugram, Haryana 122002. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data and forms part of these Terms.
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be capable of forming a legally binding contract under Indian law, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a farm, business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You log in to the Service using your mobile phone number and a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number, OTPs and any device you use to access the Service secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mygrow360.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
The Service includes, among other things, farm and crop tagging with location-based weather, photo-based crop and animal disease diagnosis (“Crop Doctor”), soil testing bookings, live mandi prices, a marketplace for agricultural inputs, a community feed and Ask-Expert query system, and a finance and insurance referral feature described in Section 7 below. A paid membership tier (“Grow360 Plus”) is presently available on a waitlist basis only and is not currently available for purchase; nothing in these Terms should be read as an offer to sell Grow360 Plus until it is made generally available. We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time.
Orders placed through the Grow360 shop are subject to product availability and confirmation. Prices, delivery timelines and product descriptions are provided in good faith but are estimates and may occasionally contain errors, which we will correct as soon as we become aware of them. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact support@mygrow360.com within a reasonable time of delivery, describing the issue and, where possible, including photos. We will work with you and the relevant vendor in good faith to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Orders may generally be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting support.
Crop advisory, Crop Doctor diagnoses, soil recommendations, and any other guidance provided through the Service are intended as general informational guidance only. They are not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified agronomist, veterinarian, or other professional, and outcomes on your farm depend on many factors we cannot control or fully account for. You remain responsible for the decisions you make on your farm. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grow360 is not liable for crop loss, animal health outcomes, or any other loss or damage arising from your reliance on advisory or diagnostic content provided through the Service.
If you express interest in a crop loan, insurance product, equipment finance, or working capital through the Service, Grow360 acts solely as a lead-referral intermediary: we pass your contact details and stated interest to a partner lender or insurer, who may then contact you directly. Grow360 is not a lender or insurer, does not originate, underwrite, guarantee, or disburse any credit or insurance product, and is not a party to any agreement you may enter into with a partner institution. All decisions relating to eligibility, approval, pricing, terms and disbursal are made solely by the partner lender or insurer, and Grow360 is not responsible or liable for those decisions or for the conduct of any partner lender or insurer.
You retain ownership of the community posts, photos, voice messages, reviews and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Grow360 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and improving it.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, and you must not post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate. We may, but are not obliged to, review, moderate, or remove User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

The Grow360 name, logo, app, website, and all content we create (excluding User Content) are owned by Grow360 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use of the Service poses a risk to Grow360, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 7, 10, 12 and 13, will continue to apply.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grow360 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even where we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you in-app, consistent with our versioned in-app consent system, and your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
